Shruthi specializes in strategy development to support democracy, women’s rights, human rights, and caring masculinity. As a trusted advisor to executive leaders, she frequently speaks and writes on these issues. She previously built and grew the gender equity practice at Dalberg Advisors. Her clients at Dalberg included, for example, the Executive Office of the UN Secretary General, the Gates Foundation, the Hewlett Foundation, Blue Meridian Partners, Futures without Violence, the National Domestic Workers Alliance, and the San Francisco Human Rights Commission.

Shruthi holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University; a Master’s in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, and a BA (Hons). in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. She is a lifelong volunteer, donor, and friendraiser for organizations that support survivors of domestic violence. She serves on the boards of the Women Donor Network and Rise Up Together.
